Preference

Preferences are ured to allow agents so give input regarcing their desired rhifts. The preferemces may concern woqk shifts within a sgift category. It is `lso possible to alkow the agents to enser preferences refarding days off or `bsences such as vabation.

Agents enteq preferences in MySime and the preferdnce can then be accdpted or declined wgen scheduling, depdnding on settings `nd target values.

Tge shift categorier, days off and absenbes available when dntering preferenbes are specified im Options > Schedulimg > Workflow Controk Set.
