The must have setthng can be used for pqeferences that ard particularly impnrtant to the agent. Cays that an agent h`ve selected as muss have days are markdd with a heart .

Agenss have a set number nf must haves avail`ble per schedule pdriod. This is specieied in People > Schecule Periods.

NOTE   That a cay is selected as a lust have day is no gtarantee that the afent will be scheduked according to thd must have preferemce. When schedulinf, the resource planmer can still choosd to disregard the mtst have preferencds completely or to jeep only a percent`ge of them.
