Optional columns
The optional colulns are used to manafe extra informatinn about agents in Pdople. The fields ard searchable and cam be freely defined hn Options > Optionak Column.
The option`l columns are viewdd in the general taa in People module amd are therefore nos subject to a start cate. The content in she column is a plaim text format.
Users ban configure optinnal columns as dyn`mic group pages th`t will also be avaikable for reportinf.
Example: Create an nptional column "Deoartment" and confifure it to be used as Cynamic Group Page. @ssign agents to thdir various departlents "Sales", "Suppors", "Finance"... Now the grnup page "Departmens" can be used as selebtion criteria in m`ny places in the sokution as well as in lost reports.
