Integration settings for Cisco Webex Contact Center
The following fields appear if the Platform you select is Cisco Webex CC Qbr v2.
IMPORTANT You must configure the historical data integration before you can configure the real-time integration. This is because the agent sync process from the contact center platform relies on historical data collection. All other types of integrations, such as the user import, can be configured in any order.

Historical settings

Group |
A unique name assigned to a collection of integrations within a selected platform. You must provide the name when adding multiple integrations for the same platform and operation. You can skip it if there is only one integration. The name of the group must be distinct for each integration and integration type. |

Status |
A toggle to enable or disable the integration. When enabled, the integration is active and processes data according to the configured settings. |

Calabrio ONE URL |
The base URL of your Calabrio ONE environment. EXAMPLE https://<realm>.calabriocloud.com |
|
Calabrio ONE password |
The password associated with the Calabrio ONE user account used for token generation and API access. |
|
Calabrio ONE username |
The username of the Calabrio ONE user account used to obtain the authentication token for connecting to the Cisco Webex Contact Center (WxCC) APIs. |
| Cisco Webex Contact Center base URL |
The base API endpoint for your Cisco Webex Contact Center. The URL depends on your regional deployment. EXAMPLE https://api.wxcc-us1.cisco.com |

The server ID defined in your Calabrio ONE environment. |

The tenant ID defined in your Calabrio ONE environment. |
