TimeFlex tool

TimeFlex is a Workforce Management (WFM) add-on application that gives you greater flexibility to adjust your working hours without waiting for manager approval or using Paid Time Off (PTO). You can make schedule changes that better fit your needs while TimeFlex helps ensure staffing requirements and service level goals are maintained.

When integrated with Calabrio, TimeFlex works with your existing WFM schedules to give you greater control over your working time while helping your organization meet its staffing and service level goals.

Prerequisites

• You have the MyTime > TimeFlex adjust personal schedule permission (agents).

• You have one of the Web > TimeFlex configure campaign settings, TimeFlex configure system settings, or TimeFlex view reports permissions (admins).

• TimeFlex is enabled as an add-on option on your license.

Procedure

• Click TimeFlex in the upper-right corner of the page. You are redirected to the TimeFlex web app.
