Shift Bidding tool

Create and configure the shift bidding process in the Shift Bidding tool. Select the period when the bid process is open, which agents that are bidding, how to rank the agents, and what shift patterns they are bidding on. When the bid process is completed, the agents are scheduled according to the shift pattern which they were assigned according to the bid process.
