Meetings tool

Plan meetings for one or multiple employees with the web Meetings tool. Choose to plan one-time meetings, recurring meetings, 1:1 meetings between an agent and for example their team lead, or e-learning sessions. The e-learning sessions are placed where they have the least negative effect on the staffing levels.

The meetings you plan are shown in all views where shifts are shown in detail. A tooltip states the subject, time, location, and the agenda for the meeting.
