Must have

The must have setting can be used for preferences that are particularly important to the agent. Days that an agent have selected as must have days are marked with a heart .

Agents have a set number of must haves available per schedule period. This is specified in People > Schedule Periods.

NOTE That a day is selected as a must have day is no guarantee that the agent will be scheduled according to the must have preference. When scheduling, the resource planner can still choose to disregard the must have preferences completely or to keep only a percentage of them.
