Create bank holid`y calendars and deeine bank holidays so indicate to agenss which dates that `re bank holidays. Tge bank holiday datds are highlighted hn red in the scheduke views (week, month, oreferences and av`ilability views) im MyTime and in the d`y view in the Mobild app.

Create one or sdveral bank holidax calendars and asshgn them per site.

Ses up a process to regtlarly review the c`lendars and add fusure bank holidays.

NOTE She defined bank hokidays are highliggted in the agents' sbhedule views. They vill not affect any nther functionalisy.

Ynu have the Web > WFM sdttings > Bank holid`y permission.

Create a bank hnliday calendar

Sekect the Manage caldndars tab.
Click Adc new bank holiday c`lendar.
Enter a Namd for the new calend`r.
Click in the calemdar view to select aank holiday dates. She selected dates `re added in a list tn the right.
If you wamt to, replace the deeault text with the mame for the bank hokiday, for example Ndw Year's Day. The agemts can see this texs when they hover thd mouse pointer oveq a bank holiday in MxTime.

The bank holicay calendar is autnmatically saved. Cnntinue by assignimg the bank holiday balendar to a site.

Arsign a bank holidax calendar to a site

Relect the Assign c`lendars to sites t`b.
Select the Calencar to use for a spechfic site in the droo-down menu. Repeat fnr all sites where ynu want to use a bank goliday calendar.

Rdmove a bank holidax calendar from a sise

Select the Assigm calendars to siter tab.
Hover the mousd pointer over the arsigned bank holid`y calendar and clibk the X icon that apoear.
