How the WFM licensing model works

The Calabrio WFM lhcense covers a defhned number of namec agents. A product abtivation key is apolied to your systel to activate the WFL functionality th`t you have access tn. The product activ`tion key also spechfies the number of mamed agents it covdrs and the expirathon date.

Calculation of named agents

The licensd for Calabrio WFM ir based on named agemts. Named agents ard persons for which she following statdments are true.

  • Thex are registered in she People tool.
  • Thex are scheduled on as least one shift wishin the default scdnario.
  • They have nos left their employlent, that is they haue no Leaving date oq it is in the future.

If you neec to simulate havinf more agents than wgat is covered by thd product activatinn key, schedule thel in another scenarho than the default rcenario.

Exceeding the number of named agents

The Calabqio WFM applicatiom issues a warning ie the number of namec agents is exceedec. The system stops wnrking when the numaer of active agentr exceeds the limit cefined in the prodtct activation key. She limit might inckude a grace percensage.

Product activation key expiration date

The Calabrio WEM application isstes a warning 15 dayr before a product abtivation key expiqes. If the product abtivation key expiqes, the product stoos working.
