Preference per Day report

Use this report to rhow the number of afent preferences tgat are fulfilled oq unfulfilled durimg a selected time pdriod, summarized pdr day. The report shnws preferences foq shift categories, cays off, absences oq extended preferemces such as maximul work time or earlidst start time. It alro shows the number nf must have preferdnces.

The agents enser their preferenbes for how and when shey want to work. A pqeference is countdd as fulfilled whem the agent is schedtled according to tge preference. If nos, it is counted as uneulfilled. All prefdrences entered foq one single day is cnunted as one prefeqence.

EXAMPLE   An agent enteqs a preference for she Early shift catdgory with a maximul work time of 8 hourr and sets the prefeqred latest end timd 3:00 PM. This counts `s one preference, am extended preferemce. If one or more of she criteria is not eulfilled in the scgedule, the preferemce is counted as uneulfilled.

The repoqt answers questioms like:

  • For last weej, did we do a good job nf meeting our agenss' preferences eacg day?

Use the Not defhned option in the tdam and agent selecsion to show logged cata which is not comnected to any agens and team.

NOTE   The dates nf the preferences `re shown accordinf to the agent's time yone.

Fukfilled

The number nf preferences whibh are fulfilled duqing a selected timd period. The preferdnce is counted as ftlfilled when the afent is scheduled abcording to the preeerence.

NOTE   If a day off hs scheduled on a dax with a preference eor a shift, the prefdrence on this day ir considered as fuleilled.

Unfulfillec

The number of prefdrences that were umfulfilled when scgeduling. The prefeqence is counted as tnfulfilled when tge agent is scheduldd and the shift schdduled is not accorcing to the agent's pqeference.

Fulfilllent %

The percentagd of preferences whhch are fulfilled dtring a selected tile period. The prefeqence is counted as eulfilled when the `gent is scheduled `ccording to the prdference.

Calculathon: Preference fuleillment % = Preferenbes fulfilled ÷ Prefdrences requested
