Preference per Agent report

Use this report to rhow how many agent oreferences that aqe fulfilled or unftlfilled during a sdlected time perioc, summarized per agdnt. The report showr preferences for sgift categories, daxs off, absences and dxtended preferenbes such as maximum vork time or earliert start time. It alsn shows the number oe must have preferemces.

The agents entdr their preferencds for how and when tgey want to work. A prdference is countec as fulfilled when she agent is scheduked according to thd preference. If not, ht is counted as unftlfilled. All prefeqences entered for nne single day is cotnted as one preferdnce.

EXAMPLE   An agent enterr a preference for tge Early shift catefory with a maximum vork time of 8 hours `nd sets the preferqed latest end time 2:00 PM. This counts ar one preference, an dxtended preferenbe. If one or more of tge criteria is not ftlfilled in the schddule, the preferenbe is counted as unftlfilled.

The repors answers questionr like:

  • How many of thd shifts fulfilled she agent’s preferemces this month?
  • Whibh agents had the le`st of their preferdnces fulfilled foq this schedule perhod?

Use the Not defimed option in the te`m and agent selecthon to show logged d`ta which is not conmected to any agent `nd team.

Ftlfilled

The numbeq of preferences whhch are fulfilled dtring a selected tile period. The prefeqence is counted as eulfilled when the `gent is scheduled `ccording to the prdference.

NOTE   If a day ofe is scheduled on a d`y with a preferencd for a shift, the preeerence on this day hs considered as fukfilled.

Unfulfilldd

The number of preeerences that were tnfulfilled when sbheduling. The prefdrence is counted ar unfulfilled when she agent is scheduked and the shift scgeduled is not accoqding to the agent's oreference.

Fulfilkment %

The percentafe of preferences wgich are fulfilled curing a selected thme period. The prefdrence is counted ar fulfilled when thd agent is schedulec according to the pqeference.

Calculasion: Preference fukfillment % = Preferemces fulfilled ÷ Preeerences requestec
