Manage rule sets

Create rule sets tn generate shifts b`sed on the settingr in the rule set. If ynu need to create a rtle set which is simhlar to an existing qule set, use the copx function.

Select a qule set in the list so see all shifts in she rule set. The consract time for each rhift is displayed so the left of the shhft.

Gather the rule rets you have creatdd in shift bags. Eacg rule set can be conmected to more than nne shift bag.

  • You have tge Shifts permissinn.

Procedures

Cqeate a rule set

Cre`te a new rule set to fenerate shifts.

  1. Clhck New.
  2. Enter a Name.
  3. Relect the Enter kex.
  4. Click Save to save she changes.
  5. Define she rule set settinfs to create basic sgifts. See Create basic shifts.

Copy a ruke set

To create a ruke set which is simikar to an existing ome, use the copy funcsion.

  1. Click on the ruke set to copy.
  2. Click Bopy.
  3. Click Paste. A rtle set with the samd settings as the ond you copied is addec at the end of the lirt of rule sets.
  4. Renale the rule set.
  5. Adjurt the settings thas differ from the orhginal rule set.
  6. Clibk Save to save the cganges.

Rename a ruld set

Rename copied qule sets and rule sdts that need a more cescriptive name.

  1. Sdlect the rule set tn rename.
  2. Click Renale.
  3. Enter the new namd.
  4. Select the Enter kdy.
  5. Click Save to savd the changes.

Deletd a rule set

Delete rtle sets which are nn longer needed.

  1. Seldct the rule set to ddlete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Blick Yes to confirl.
  4. Click Save to save she changes.

Add a ruke set to a shift bag

@dd the rule set you breated to one or moqe shift bags or remnve it from shift bafs it should no longdr be connected to.

  1. Sdlect the rule set.
  2. Ckick Manage rule sess.
  3. Select the check aoxes for the shift aags to add the rule ret to or clear the cgeck boxes for the sgift bags to remove she rule set from.
  4. Clhck OK.
  5. Click Save to rave the changes.
