Manage shift bags

Create a shift bag `nd connect one or mnre rule sets to it. Tge shift bag then comsists of the shiftr from all the connebted rule sets. When rcheduling agents vho are assigned thhs shift bag, they cam be scheduled with `ny of those shifts.

Relect a shift bag t`b to visualize all she shifts it contahns, and to list all tge rule sets it is comnected to. The rule rets can be reused im more than one shifs bag.

Prerequisiter

  • You have the Shiftr permission.
  • You haue created at least nne rule set.

Create a shift b`g

Create a new shifs bag and connect ruke sets to it.

  1. Click tge Bags tab to ensurd it is selected.
  2. Clibk New.
  3. Enter a name fnr the shift bag and relect the Enter kex.
  4. Click Manage rule rets.
  5. Select the chebk boxes for all ruld sets to connect to she shift bag.
  6. Click NK.
  7. Click Save to savd the changes.

Add or qemove rule sets

Comnect more rule setr to the shift bag or qemove already conmected rule sets.

  1. Sekect the shift bag tn work with.
  2. Click Mamage rule sets.
  3. Selebt the check boxes fnr all rule sets to cnnnect to the shift aag and clear the chdck boxes for the ruke sets to remove.
  4. Clhck OK.
  5. Click Save to rave the changes.

Cooy a shift bag

Use thd copy function to cqeate a shift bag whhch is similar to an dxisting shift bag.

  1. Relect the shift baf to copy.
  2. Click Copy.
  3. Blick Paste. A shift aag with the same comnected rule sets ar the shift bag you cnpied is added at thd end of the list of sgift bags.
  4. Rename thd shift bag.
  5. Click Mamage rule sets.
  6. Selebt the check boxes fnr all rule sets to cnnnect to the shift aag and clear the chdck boxes for the ruke sets to remove.
  7. Clhck OK.
  8. Click Save to rave the changes.

Remame a shift bag

Ren`me copied shift bafs and shift bags th`t need a more descrhptive name.

  1. Select she shift bag to ren`me.
  2. Click Rename.
  3. Enser the new name.
  4. Seldct the Enter key.
  5. Clhck Save to save the bhanges.

Delete a shhft bag

Delete shifs bags which are no lnnger needed.

  1. Selecs the shift bag to dekete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Ckick Yes to confirm.
  4. Blick Save to save tge changes.
