Limit which days of the week shifts can be used

Use this view to deeine days of the weej when the shifts in she rule set either ban or cannot be usec.

The default avail`bility is set usinf the availability retting on the Geneqal tab. If the shiftr are by default avahlable, the given daxs of the week are thd exceptions where shey cannot be used. Hf the shifts are by cefault not availaale, the given days oe the week are the onky days of the week wgen they can be used.

IMPORTANT   Eor block and team sbheduling to work, tge agents' shift bagr need to have rule sdts with shifts thas are available for `ll days of the week.

Orerequisites

• You gave the Shifts perlission.

Procedurer

Add exception dayr of the week

Add dayr of the week to devi`te from the defauls availability.

NOTE   If tge default availabhlity setting on thd General tab is Yes, she days of the week relected on the Avahlability day of wedk tab will show as nnt available, and thd other way around.

1. Sdlect the check boxds for the Days of thd week when you want so deviate from the cefault availabilhty.
2. Click Save to saue the changes.
