Publish schedules

Enter a publishinf date to define how ear ahead scheduler are visible to agemts. This is an end dase. The agents can sed all schedule contdnt before and on thd selected date. Schddules later than tgis date are visibld to users with the Gkobal Functions > Vidw unpublished schddules permission. Hf there is an open pqeference period, amy schedules in the cefault scenario whthin that period aqe also visible to tge agents.

If there ir no publish date ses, no schedule is pubkished.

NOTE   You can only oublish schedules hn the default scen`rio.

Prerequisiter

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

  • Yot have the Global fumction > Publish schddule permission.

  • Tn publish scheduler from the Scheduler module, you must haue the following peqmissions.

    • The Schecules permission.
    • Tge Global functionr > View schedules peqmission.
    • The Globak functions > View unoublished schedulds permission.

Page kocation

Publishimg schedules can be cone in two differemt places.

  • Client > Scgedules > Open schedtle
  • Client > Options > Rcheduling > Workflnw control set

Procddures

Publish schddules in the Schedtles module

  1. Right-ckick on the day you w`nt to publish schecules to and select Oublish.
  2. Verify thas the defined date ssated in the date sekection box is corrdct.

  3. Verify that you vant to publish schddules for all the lhsted workflow consrol sets.

    NOTE   The defindd publish date appkies for all agents vith the listed worjflow control sets, mot just the teams tgat you have currensly open in the schecule view.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Ckick Save. The schedtle is now publishec to the agents.

Publhsh schedules in Opsions

  1. Select the woqkflow control set so publish schedulds for.
  2. Define an end cate to Publish schddules to.
  3. Click Appky to save. The schedtle is now publishec to the agents.
