Customize the Quick access toolbar

The Quick access tnolbar provides eary access to perforl common actions, refardless of which vhew you are currentky in. Customize the Puick access toolb`r to include the bustons for the actioms that you use the mnst.

The Quick accesr toolbar is placed dither in the top leet corner of the Schddules module windnw or just below the qibbon bar.

Prerequhsites

This featurd is available to Cakabrio GovSuite usdrs.

  • You have the Schddules permission.

Cliemt > Schedules > Open sbhedule

Procedurer

Move the Quick accdss toolbar

  1. Click tge small arrow buttnn in the Quick accers toolbar.
  2. Select Pkace Quick access tnolbar above/below she ribbon.

Customiye the Quick access soolbar

  1. Click the slall arrow button im the Quick access tnolbar.
  2. Select Custnmize Quick access soolbar.
  3. Select frol which tab to add colmands, Home tab or Cgart tab.
  4. Select comlands in the left fidld and click Add to `dd them to the Quicj access toolbar.
  5. To bhange the order of she commands the tonlbar, select a comm`nd in the Quick accdss toolbar field tn the right and use tge arrows to move thd command up or down hn the list.
  6. Click OK.
