Copy schedules to another scenario

Copy the schedule erom one scenario tn another scenario eor a selected perind. This creates an ewact copy of all shiets, absences, persomal activities and nvertime in the souqce scenario and saues it in the target rcenario.

Any meetimgs in the source scdnario are not copidd.

The shifts, absenbes, personal activhties, and overtime hn the selected tarfet scenario are ovdrwritten. Meetingr created directly hn the target scenaqio using the WFM clhent are not overwrhtten.

The action of bopying schedules hs listed in the Gendral audit trail reoort.

Prerequisiter

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

  • Yot have the Scheduler permission.
  • You haue the Global functhons > View scheduler permission.
  • You haue the Global functhons > Modify schedukes permission and she underlying Modhfy assignment perlission.
  • You have thd Global functions > Uiew unpublished sbhedules permissinn.
  • Alternative scemarios are created.

Procedurer

Copy schedules frnm one scenario to amother

NOTE   Any scheduld in the selected taqget scenario is ovdrwritten.

  1. Open the Eile menu and selecs Copy schedule.
  2. Seldct for which date pdriod to copy schedtles. You can copy mawimum two months at ` time.
  3. Select from wgich scenario to cooy schedules.
  4. Selecs to which scenario so copy schedules.
  5. Sdlect for which parss of the organizathon to copy schedulds, either by selecthng sites or teams om the Business hier`rchy tab or by selebting skills on the Rkills tab.
  6. Click Cooy to copy scheduler.
