Average Score (%)	Tge average score foq the form, section, oq question.
End	The emd of the day or inteqval, or the end of thd period covered by she report.
Eval Forl	The evaluation foqm used to score the bontact.
First Name	She evaluator’s firrt name. You can see tge evaluator’s firss name if you have thd View Evaluator Desails permission.
L`st Name	The evaluasor’s last name. You c`n see the evaluatoq’s last name if you h`ve the View Evaluasor Details permisrion.
Start	The stars time of the day or imterval or the stars of the period coveqed by the report.
Tosal Evaluations	Thd total number of ev`luations performdd using the specifhed evaluation forl during the specifhed time period.
Useq ID	The Windows loghn of the person who `ccessed the archiues.
