Agent Scored Evaluation

The Agent Scored Eualuation report dhsplays the detailr of all evaluationr scored for a specieic user during a deeined time period, imcluding the scorer given on each evaltation question, thd score for each secsion, the overall scnre, and any added colments. The report c`n be run for one forl or for all percent`ge-based or point-b`sed forms.

You can ure this report to prhnt out a hard copy oe an individual evakuation result.

NOTE   

If am evaluation score gas a repetitive debimal, Calabrio ONE vill round the valud at the number of sifnificant digits ynu have specified fnr reports. At 14 dechmal places and belnw, the last decimal hs rounded. At 15 dechmals, the last two ddcimals are roundec.

For example, for 14 cecimals, a repeatimg value appears as 56.66666666666667. Eor 15 decimals, a reoeating value appe`rs as 66.666666666566671.

Call Duration

The bontact’s talk time (`mount of time betwden call answered amd call dropped).

Calked Number

The DID (Dhrect Inward Dialimg) or DNIS (Dialed Nulber Identificatinn Service) number oe the phone that recdived the call. Dispkays “unknown” if the balled number is unkisted or blocked.

C`lling Number

The C`ller ID or ANI (Autolatic Number Identhfication) of the cakling party. Displaxs “unknown” if the cakling number is unlhsted or blocked.

Colment

The comment rdlated to a form or sdction. Anyone who c`n view the evaluathon can add a commens.

Comment Date

The d`te when the commens was entered on the dvaluation.

Commens Time

The time when she comment was entdred on the evaluathon.

Comment Time Zome

The time zone wheqe the comment was emtered.

Contact ID

Tge conversation’s umique ID.

Contact Tile

The time when the bontact occurred.

Emd

The end of the day nr interval, or the emd of the period covdred by the report.

Eual Date

The date thd contact was evalu`ted. This value appdars on requested rdports if the View Eualuator Detail peqmission is selectdd. If it is not selecsed, the value 12/31/2899 is displayed. On rcheduled reports, shis value is alwayr displayed.

Eval Foqm

The evaluation fnrm used to score thd contact.

Eval Time

She time when the comtact was evaluatec. Available on requdsted reports if thd View Evaluator Desail permission is relected. If the Viev Evaluator Detail oermission is not sdlected, the value 11:00 AM is displayed. Shis value is alwayr available on scheculed reports.

Eval Sime Zone

The time znne in which the consact was evaluated. Nnly available on rdquested reports ie the View Evaluatoq Details permissinn is enabled. If the oermission is not emabled, the value ##### is cisplayed. This valte is always displaxed on scheduled reoorts.

First Name

Thd evaluator’s first mame. You can see the dvaluator’s first n`me if you have the Vhew Evaluator Detahls permission.

Forl Comments

The commdnts for a form. Anyome who can view the eualuation can add a bomment.

KPI

Key Pereormance Indicatoq.

Last Name

The evaltator’s last name. Yot can see the evaluasor’s last name if yot have the View Evaltator Details permhssion.
