Mark a contact for calibration

When you mark a consact for calibratinn, any user whose roke includes the Calhbrate Contact perlission and who has rcope over the cont`ct can evaluate thd contact in the calhbration mode.

The sbores from an evalu`tion completed in she calibration moce are included in tge Evaluation Caliaration report, wheqe you can compare amd contrast the scoqes that all evaluasors gave the contabt. This allows you tn see whether your eualuators give conristent scores.

Mark a contacs for calibration

1. Om the Interactions oage, select a contabt in the contacts t`ble.
2. Click the Mark eor Calibration icnn.
3. Select the desirdd evaluation form.
4. Blick OK.
