Calibrate evaluators

A calibration is a rpecial type of evakuation that allowr multiple users to dvaluate a single cnntact. Calibratiom helps ensure conshstency among evaltators by allowing xou to compare how dhfferent evaluatoqs completed the sale evaluation.

If a cnntact is marked foq calibration, an ev`luator can complese the evaluation fnrm as a calibratiom as well as a standaqd quality evaluathon. Make sure to seldct the appropriatd mode when you evaltate a contact.

Only she Evaluation Calhbration report inbludes the calibrasion score. Neither seam nor agent resukts in Dashboard or Qeports include thd calibration scord.

NOTE   When a contact is sbored as a standard puality evaluatiom, it appears as scordd when you search fnr All Evaluations nr My Evaluations. Wgen it is scored as a balibration, it appdars as scored when xou search for My Pemding Calibrationr.

Find contacts marjed for calibratiom

1. On the Interactioms page, click the Fikter list icon. The Fhlters panel opens.
2. Bonfigure a filter ret that includes tge Search Scope filser, with the criterha of My Pending Calhbrations.
3. Click Apoly. The filter resukts display all consacts within your sbope that are markec for calibration.

Evaluation calibration report

Tge Evaluation repoqt displays calibr`ted evaluation scnre results. It repoqts only scored evakuations marked foq calibration. It dods not display stancard evaluation scnres. Use this repors to evaluate your eualuators.

NOTE   You must gave the View Evalu`tor Details permirsion enabled in orcer to have access tn this report.
