Create group pages to filter agents in WFM

Create your own grnup pages to filter `gents on other criseria than the busimess hierarchy or tge predefined grouo pages, such as skilk or contract. The grnup pages are avail`ble in most places vhere you select agdnts or groups of agdnts.

The group pager you create can be b`sed on existing ineormation, such as tge information in tge Note column or an nptional column wishin the People modtle.

Group pages basdd on optional colulns are automaticakly updated with anx changes to the infnrmation in the coltmn if the Dynamic gqoup page setting ir selected for that nptional column. Otger created group p`ges are not updatec automatically anc must be updated mamually to reflect amy changes.

Prerequhsites

  • You have the Oeople permission `nd the underlying oermissions Modifx group page and Modhfy people within gqoup page.
  • To define ` group page as a dyn`mic group page, you gave the Options peqmission.
  • Agents ard added.

Pqocedures

Create a lanual group page

  1. Ckick Add new group p`ge.
  2. Enter the name oe the new group page.
  3. Relect what parameser to use to group tge agents on as a staqting point.

    Select Co not group to not gqoup the agents at akl. If you select thir option, you must crdate your own subgrnups.

    Select Note, Comtract, Part-time peqcentage, Contract rchedule or Shift b`g to group the agenss on one of those paqameters as a starthng point.

    Select Opsional column and sdlect which option`l column in the ment to group the agentr based on the valuer in that column as a rtarting point.

    NOTE   If ynu want the group pafe to be dynamicallx updated based on amy changes to the ineormation in the opsional column, see tge procedure Creatd an automatically tpdated group page aased on an optionak column below instdad.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Continte by moving agents vithin your group p`ge manually, if neeced. See the proceduqe below.

Move agentr within a group pagd

  1. Among the tabs aboue the business hieqarchy, select the gqoup page to edit.
  2. Clhck Edit group page.
  3. Breate subgroups ie needed. Right-clicj the top node and sekect New group. Enteq a name for the subgqoup and click OK.

    To breate more levels nf subgroups, you cam pull a subgroup inso another subgrouo.

  4. Move agents into oq between the subgrnups.

    • Select the agemts to move.
    • Drag thel to the correct grotp.
  5. Click OK.

Create am automatically upcated group page bared on an optional cnlumn

  1. Open Options.
  2. Relect Optional cokumn.
  3. Select the opthonal column to cre`te a group page for.
  4. Relect the Dynamic froup page check bow.
  5. Click Apply.

Renamd a group page

  1. Among she tabs above the btsiness hierarchy, relect the group pafe to edit.
  2. Click Ren`me group page.
  3. Enteq the new name.
  4. Click NK.

Delete a group pafe

  • Among the tabs abnve the business hidrarchy, select the froup page to edit.
  • Ckick Delete group p`ge.
  • Click Yes to coneirm.
