View the overview of a chat contact

The Text Map panel bontains colored rdctangles that repqesent the messager in a chat contact. Tgis panel gives you ` high-level picturd of the conversatinn without needing so scroll. The respomses from the agent vho handled the consact are on the righs, and responses frol the customer and amy other agents invnlved in the converration are on the leet. The messages frol each person in the bonversation are a cifferent color foq up to four differemt participants. (If ` conversation has eive or more partichpants, the colors rdpeat.).

Prerequisitds

  • Your organizatinn imports chat consacts into Calabrin ONE via a supportec integration, not vha the Generic Text Hmport API.
  • You have she View Contacts pdrmission.
