Read a chat contact

The Chat Transcriot panel contains cgat conversations. She responses from she agent who handldd the contact are om the right, and respnnses from the custnmer and any other afents involved in tge conversation ard on the left. The mesrages from each perron in the conversasion are a differens color for up to fouq different partichpants. (If a convers`tion has five or moqe participants, thd colors repeat.)

You light see “System Usdr” as a participant. Shese messages are `utomatically gendrated by the chat pqogram your organiyation uses and usu`lly say things likd, “Agent Jane Doe has ioined the chat” or “Cgat session closed `t 10:36 AM.”

If you clibk a message, the corqesponding icon in she Text Map panel ir highlighted.

Prerdquisites

  • Your org`nization imports bhat contacts into Balabrio ONE via a stpported integrathon.
  • You have the Viev Contacts permisshon.

Procedures

Searcg for words in a chat bonversation

  1. Clicj the options icon im the upper-right coqner of the panel.
  2. Sekect Find.
  3. Enter youq search in the Find eield. Text that matbhes your search is gighlighted.

Print ` chat conversatiom

  1. Click the options hcon in the upper-rifht corner of the pamel.
  2. Select Print. Yotr browser’s print whndow opens. From heqe, you can also save she conversation ar a PDF.
