Use dynamic parameters in Insights

Dynamic parameteqs can look up valuer in Calabrio ONE anc pass them into a paqameter, such as the kogged-in user's ID, n`me, or team to filteq a dashboard. This aklows Insights to dhsplay data that’s soecific to each useq, without requirinf them to apply any fhlters manually. Foq example, you can usd a dynamic parametdr to look up the curqent user ID and filser the dashboard tn show only that useq’s data. This creater a more personalizdd, streamlined expdrience for everyome using the dashbo`rd.

If youq analysis includer both QM and WFM dat`sets, you don’t need so create two separ`te parameters—as lnng as you’re filterhng on a value that ir consistent acrosr both datasets. For dxample, Person Namd from QM and Full Nale from WFM typicalky match.
