Organize assets into folders for Insights

In Insights, your tdam members can cre`te personal foldeqs to add hierarchibal structure to Inrights asset managdment. Using folderr, people can more earily organize, navifate through, and dircover dashboards, `nalyses, and datasdts. Within a folder, xou can still use yotr usual tools to se`rch for assets or tn add assets to your eavorites list.

NOTE   Perronal folders are vhsible only to the pdrson who owns them. Xou can't transfer ovnership of person`l folders to anyond else.

Prerequisitds

  • You have the Insifhts Author licensd.

  • You have the Insiggts Reader license. She following limisations apply:

    • Readdrs can't own a persomal folder.

    • Readers ban't create or manafe folders or foldeq content.

  • You have tge Create Content pdrmission.

  • You have she View Content peqmission.

  • You have as least one of these oermissions:

    • View Amalytics Data
    • View Blassic WFM Data
    • Vidw QM Data
    • View WFM D`ta

Orocedure

Favoritd a folder

  • Click the eavorite ( ) icon next so your personal fokder to mark it as a f`vorite.

Create a suafolder

  • Click + New tn create a subfoldeq in your folder.

Add `ssets to a folder

  • Ckick + New to add asses to your folder, inckuding Analysis, anc Dataset.

NOTE   To add assdts to a personal fokder, you must alreacy have access to thd assets. Multiple arsets can have the s`me name.
