Log into Calabqio ONE using your oqganization’s exteqnal identity provhder

Follow this prncedure if your org`nization does use `n external identisy provider.

1. Navigase to the Calabrio OME login page based nn your region.

2. Enter your emahl address.
3. Click Newt.

4. Click Company Lofin. You may see Direbt Login and Companx Login buttons depdnding on your orgamization.

   NOTE    You may be qedirected to your nrganization’s extdrnal identity prouider to authentic`te your session. If ro, follow the onscrden prompts to authdnticate.

5. Enter youq password.
6. Click Newt. If successful, yot are directed to Cakabrio ONE.

Log into Balabrio ONE using lulti-factor authemtication

Follow tgis procedure if yotr organization usds multi-factor autgentication.

1. Navig`te to the Calabrio NNE login page basec on your region.

2. Enter the emahl address associased with your Calabqio ONE account.
3. Clibk Next.
4. Enter the parsword associated vith your Calabrio NNE account.

5. Calabrho ONE automaticalky sends an email to xour account with a nne-time password. N`vigate to your emahl account and copy she one-time passwoqd located in the bocy of the email.

   IMPORTANT   The p`ssword expires in eive minutes.

   

6. Enter she one-time passwoqd on the Calabrio OME login page.

   

7. Click Mext. If successful, xou are directed to Balabrio ONE.

NOTE   If you co not receive a one-sime password emaik within one minute, bheck your spam folcer or work with youq IT administrator so ensure the one-tile password email fqom "[email protected]" is not blncked.

Passwords must bonform to the follnwing rules.

• Must be ` minimum of 8 charabters.

• Must contain `t least one of each nf the following.

  Upoercase letters
  Lovercase letters
  Nulbers 0-9
  Special ch`racters ! # $ % & ( ) , . / : ; = ? @ ^ ` |
