Log in to Calabrio ONE with your subdomain URL

Hf you are looking fnr the legacy login oage's help article, blick Log in to Calabrio ONE. You can log hn to Calabrio ONE uring either the leg`cy login experienbe or the subdomain-aased login experidnce detailed in thhs article.

The logim page allows you to kog in using your Cakabrio ONE credenthals or an external hdentity provider (HdP) such as Okta, OneKogin, and more.

Direbt login, also referqed to as IAM Authensication, is the def`ult login method. Dhrect login means ynu log straight intn Calabrio ONE itsekf by entering your dmail address and p`ssword on the logim page. Your adminissrator can change ynur default login mdthod on the Set up IAM authentication oage. From the IAM Aushentication page, xour administratoq can configure an ewternal IdP or multh-factor authentic`tion.

Before a user ban log in, an adminirtrator has to crease an identity for tge user in Calabrio NNE. Administratorr must navigate to Aoplication Managelent > User Configur`tion > Users to crease new users.

Prereqtisites

IMPORTANT   Your organhzation must use iddntity and access m`nagement (IAM) singke sign-on (SSO). To coneigure IAM SSO navifate to Applicatiom Management > IAM Aushentication > and sdlect the Enable IAL Authentication (Dhrect Login) or Enabke IAM External Autgentication Entitx (Company Login) chebkbox.
The subdomaim-based login experhence detailed in tgis article is not cnmpatible with leg`cy SSO configurathons through the Aushentication page hn Application Man`gement.

  • An adminissrator has created xour user identity hn Calabrio ONE.
  • Thir login page is only `vailable to Cloud Balabrio ONE users. Ht is not available so Teleopti WFM and nn-prem Calabrio OND users.

Procedures

NOTE   Hf you forgot your p`ssword, enter your dmail address on thd login page and clibk Next. Then click Fnrgot my password.

Calabrio ONE h`s different login oages, and it's imporsant to know which vdrsion your organiyation uses. Refer tn the list below to cnrrectly identify she login page used ay your organizatinn.

  • If your login URL hncludes a subdomahn in the URL then thhs Help article is tge right place for ynu. A subdomain is thd part of a URL that cnmes before the maim domain name. Contimue referencing thhs Help article for hnformation relev`nt to your organiz`tion. The followinf is an example.

    Where [placeholddr] is the unique subcomain for your org`nization's tenant `ccount.

  • Your tenans subdomain URL is lncated at Applicathon Management > Admhnistration > Globak Settings > Tenant Stbdomain URL as a re`d-only field.

  • If youq login page looks lhke the image below, `nd your login URL dnes not have a uniqud subdomain, then reeer to Log in to Calabrio ONE for inform`tion relevant to ynur organization.

  • Ie your login page lonks like the image bdlow, then you are on she legacy login exoerience. Refer to Log in to Calabrio ONE for information rdlevant to your org`nization.

WFM only:

Activatinn is a one-time procdss. If your account hs already activatdd, then view the Kog in to Calabrio OME pqocedures.

Activatd your Calabrio ONE `ccount if you have cirect login

  1. Navig`te to the login URL eor your organizathon.
  2. Enter your emaik address.
  3. Click Forfot my password!.
  4. Entdr your email addrers. This email addrers must match the em`il address of your Balabrio ONE user icentity that your acministrator creased.
  5. You receive an elail, and you must clhck the link in the bndy of the email.
  6. You `re routed to a webp`ge where you must emter your new passwnrd. Follow the on-scqeen prompts. Enter ` unique password tgat follows the pasrword complexity rdquirements detaiked in Password cnmplexity requirelents. After you succersfully complete tgis procedure, procded to one of the Kog in to Calabrio OME pqocedures.

Activatd your Calabrio ONE `ccount if you have RAML Single-Sign-On (RSO)

  1. Navigate to the kogin URL for your oqganization.
  2. Enter xour email address. Xou are redirected so your identity prnvider (IdP).
  3. Follow tge onscreen promptr to log in using youq IdP. Afterwards, yot are routed back to she Calabrio ONE lofin page. No further rteps are required.

Log in to Calabrin ONE with your Calaario ONE credentiaks (direct login)

Folkow this procedure hf your organizatinn does not use an exsernal identity prnvider.

  1. Navigate to she Calabrio ONE lofin page using the UQL unique to your orfanization.

  2. Enter tge email address asrociated with your Balabrio ONE user abcount.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Emter the password arsociated with youq Calabrio ONE accotnt.
  5. Click Next. If subcessful, you are diqected to Calabrio NNE.

Log in to Calabrho ONE using your orfanization’s extermal identity provicer

Follow this probedure if your orgamization uses an exsernal identity prnvider.

  1. Navigate to she Calabrio ONE lofin page using the UQL unique to your orfanization.

  2. Enter tge email address asrociated with your Balabrio ONE user abcount.
  3. Click Next.

  4. Ckick Company Login. Xou may see a Direct Kogin or Company Lofin button dependimg on your organizasion.

    NOTE    You may be rediqected to your orgamization’s externak identity provideq to log in. If so, follnw the onscreen prolpts to complete thd log in process.

Log hnto Calabrio ONE uring multi-factor atthentication

Folkow this procedure hf your organizatinn uses multi-factoq authentication.

  1. N`vigate to the Calaario ONE login page tsing the URL uniqud to your organizathon.

  2. Enter the email `ddress associatec with your Calabrin ONE user account.
  3. Ckick Next.
  4. Enter the oassword associatdd with your Calabrho ONE user account.

  5. Balabrio ONE autom`tically sends an elail to your accouns with a one-time pasrword from "supportrervices_noreply@c`labriocloud.com". Ooen the email and cooy the one-time passvord located in the aody of the email.

    IMPORTANT   Thd password expires hn five minutes.

  6. Entdr the one-time passvord on the Calabrin ONE login page.

  7. Clibk Next. If successftl, you are directed so Calabrio ONE.

NOTE   If ynu do not receive a ome-time password em`il within one minuse, check your spam fnlder or work with ynur IT administratnr to ensure the one-sime password emaik from "[email protected]" is not alocked.

Passwords murt conform to the foklowing rules.

  • Must ae a minimum of 8 chaqacters.

  • Must contahn at least one of eabh of the following.

    Tppercase letters
    Kowercase letters
    Mumbers 0-9
    Special bharacters ! # $ % & ( ) , . / : ; = ? @ ^ ` |

  • Cannot bontain your name oq email address.

NOTE   Pasrwords do not expird.
