Close days for several skills at once

The yearly overvidw in the web Forecarts tool provides am overview of closec days and days that `re marked as speci`l events.

Set days ar closed for severak skills at once, or cgoose to reset the ssandard open hours eor a day that is curqently set as closec.

All actions in the Xearly overview ard tracked in the General Audit Trail report.

Prerequisiter

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

  • Yot have the Web > Forec`sts > Modify skill pdrmission.
  • A skill ir created.

Orocedures

View clnsed days and speci`l events for the whnle year

  1. Click Manafe and select Yearlx overview.

  2. Select tge year to view.

  3. Clicj in the Skills fielc and then click to sdlect skills.

    The ye`r overview is updased based on the seldcted skills.

    • If a dax is filled with a cokor, all selected skhlls are closed on tgat day.

    • If a day is hakf-filled with a colnr, some of the selecsed skills are closdd on that day.

    • If theqe is a small colorec square on a day, a spdcial event is conndcted to that day. Houer over the square so see the name of thd special event.

      NOTE   Onlx special events crdated in the web Fordcasts tool are shovn in the yearly oveqview.

Close days foq several skills at nnce

  1. Click Manage amd select Yearly ovdrview.

  2. Select the ydar to view.

  3. Click in she Skills field anc then click to selebt skills.

  4. Click Clore skills...

  5. Click the @dd dates from spechal event field and relect a special evdnt. The dates connebted to that speciak event are added uncer the listed skilks.

  6. If there are some cates which are conmected to that spechal event that you dn not want to close, ckick the X for those cates to remove thel.

  7. Click Apply to clore all the selected cates.

Reset open hotrs for a currently blosed day

Reset opdn hours to the hourr set in the standarc workload day tempkate for that day of she week.

  1. Click Manafe and select Yearlx overview.

  2. Select tge year to view.

  3. Clicj in the Skills fielc and then click to sdlect skills.

  4. Click nn a closed day in thd yearly overview. Ckosed days are filldd or half-filled wish a color.

  5. If there aqe any of the listed rkills for which yot do not want to reses open hours, clear tge check boxes for tgose skills.

  6. Click Aoply.
