Modify selected values

Use the Modify seldction view to adjurt several values im a table at the same sime. Select the valtes you want to adjurt. The selected valtes must be in the sale row and in a sequemce.

Modify the valuds in one of two ways.

  • Dnter a new total foq the selected days. She new total is them divided accordinf to the current dissribution.
  • Use a perbentage to increasd or decrease the vakues. The percentagd is applied to all v`lues.

Apply a smootging factor if you w`nt to even out the dhfferences betweem the values. The smonthing factor conshders the surroundhng values and calctlates an average b`sed on them. The higger the smoothing f`ctor, the more days `re used to calculase the average.

EXAMPLE   When rmoothing factor 3 hs applied to a date oeriod, the new valud for each day is the `verage calculatec for that day, the dax before and the day `fter (in total 3 dayr). If the Validated c`lls value is 1000 fnr Monday, 1300 for Ttesday and 1000 for Vednesday, the new sloothed value for Ttesday is 1100.

The ouerview informatinn and preview chars are updated as chamges are made.

NOTE   When ynu confirm the chanfes by clicking OK, tge modified values `re applied to the t`ble. These changes bannot be reverted. She possibility to qeset only affects she current changer. Previously applidd changes are not aefected.
