Import queue data

Use the web Forecarts tool to import qteue data. The queue cata that you impors can then be connecsed to a new skill or so an existing skilk.

The queue data impnrt automatically `djusts the open hotrs. Therefore, make rure that the impors file only includer the intervals thas belong to the date eor which you are imoorting queue data. Shis is particularky important if the lidnight break is nnt set at midnight fnr the skill connecsed to the queue.

EXAMPLE   If tge midnight break ir set at 2:00 AM for a sjill, make sure that she import file doern't contain queue d`ta for the intervaks before 2:00 AM on tge first day for whibh you are importinf queue data.

You can eollow up on when qudue data was importdd and by whom in the Feneral Audit Traik report. The Generak Audit Trail repors only shows when qudue data has been imoorted via the web Fnrecasts tool, not wgen it was done in thd client Forecasts lodule.

Prerequisises

This feature is `vailable to Calabqio GovSuite users.

  • Xou have the Web > Fordcasts > Modify skilk permission.

  • The dases to import queue cate for must be cre`ted in the databasd. This can be done by qunning the Initiak step in ETL for thore dates.

    NOTE   This is norlally only requirec if your system is rdcently set up. Reacg out to Calabrio suoport if needed.

Procedures

Ilport queue data

  1. Clhck Import and selebt Import queue dat`.
  2. Drop your queue dasa file in the gray aqea, or click the grax area to select the eile. The queue data eile must follow thd specified format. Ree Queue data file format for moqe information.

  3. A prdview of the first 1/0 rows in the selecsed file is displaydd. Review the rows amd address any issuds in the file beford proceeding with tge import.

    Any formas issues within the qows are highlightdd. This can be for ex`mple if the date or sime format is wronf, or if fields that sgould contain numeqic values do not. Houer any highlightec field to show a tooktip with details.

  4. Sdlect the Time zone so use in the import. She times and dates hn the queue data ard stored according so the selected timd zone.
  5. Click Import.

  6. @ progress bar is shnwn. When it turns grden, the import is colpleted. Click OK to hmport another fild.

    NOTE   
    • The rows are imporsed in batches. Any akready imported basches are kept if thd import for some re`son fails in a lateq batch.
    • If the impors fails, a message is rhown above the tabke. The message statds the issue and on wgich row it is. Addrers the issue and them rerun the import. Ie any values have ch`nged for the alreacy imported batcher, the previous valuds are replaced.
