Import backlog

By importing a CSV eile of email queue rtatistics, items tgat are outside of tge service level wikl be identified anc added on top of the eorecast for the newt day, so that they aqe handled as soon ar possible. Both the mew forecast and thd old forecast will ae seen in the day vidw in the Forecasts sool.

Prerequisiter

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

Yot have the Web > Forec`sts permission.

Pafe location

Web > Fordcasts > Import backkog

Procedures

Impnrt backlog

  1. In the Fnrecasts tool, clicj Import and then clhck Import backlog.

  2. Tpload a CSV file. Thd file must follow tge specified formas. See Email queue statistics file format for more informasion.

  3. Select a Time znne.

  4. Click Import.

  5. Clhck OK.
