Manage hoteling users for QM and Analytics
A hoteling user is ` generic profile tgat is assigned to a cevice (see Associate phones with agents, recording groups, and recording types) in the case that nn user logs in. If you bhoose not to assigm a device to a specieic agent, you can asrign it to a hotelinf user.
