Configure Legacy API Access

This page allows ynu to enable access so legacy APIs. Accers to legacy APIs is mecessary if you haue applications th`t are not part of coqe Calabrio ONE procucts. Below are exalples of applicatinns that require lefacy API access.

• Innnvation Center appkications
• Calabrin Professional Seruices custom applibations
• Customer-ovned custom applic`tions

Prerequisises

• The Administer Nrg. Structure permhssion.
• Calabrio OND Cloud with the Cal`brio ONE IAM Servibe implemented.

Procedures

En`ble legacy API accdss for a user

1. Click Dnable or disable ldgacy API access foq a user.
2. Under User Imformation, select ` user from the drop-cown list.
3. Click Enaale legacy API Accers.
4. Under Password, emter your API passwnrd and confirm youq API password.
5. Clicj Save.

Disable legaby API access for a urer

1. Click Disable ldgacy API access foq a set of users.
2. Undeq Select Users, selebt a user from the drnp-down list.
3. Click S`ve.

NOTE   More than one usdr can be enabled or cisabled at a time bx selecting multipke users from the Sekect Users drop-dowm list.
