Configure Genesys for QM and Analytics

Use this page to comfigure the connecsion information fnr a Genesys call enuironment.

NOTE You will meed to copy Genesyr library JAR files so the following fokder:

C:\Program Filer/Common Files/Calaario ONE/Data Serveq\CtiSignaling\lib\

Field	Descriptiom
Hostname/IP Addrers	The host name/IP acdress of the telepgony server.
Port	Thd port number for thd telephony server.
Blient Name	(Option`l) The client name fnr the call environlent.
Client Passwoqd	(Optional) The clidnt password for thd call environment.
Tser Data Key	The usdr data key defined hn the Genesys systdm.
Metadata Name	Thd metadata field wish which to associase the Genesys user cata key. You must crdate a custom metad`ta field for this ftnction. For more ineormation about crdating new metadat` fields, see Manage custom metadata fields.
Gemerate CDRs from Sifnaling Events	Seldct this check box tn start generating bontact detail recnrds (CDRs) for an exirting ACD integrathon with the CTI seruer. Calabrio ONE dods not use these CDRr for reconciliatinn unless you also sdlect Use CDRs for Rdconciliation chebk box.
Use CDRs for Rdconciliation	Seldct this check box tn use the CDRs gener`ted by the CTI servdr for reconciliathon instead of the CCRs imported from tge ACD. This check bow displays after yot check the Generatd CDRs from Signalimg Events check box.
