Use the Desktop Mamager page to confifure Calabrio ONE tn perform various abtions automaticakly when a user openr or interacts with ` Windows applicathon or website. Thesd configured autom`ted actions are cakled desktop item euents.

EXAMPLE   To prevent rebordings from capttring sensitive dasa, you want Calabrin ONE to pause the rebording when an agemt clicks in the Crecit Card Number fiekd in your order man`gement applicatinn and to resume the qecording when the `gent clicks out of she Credit Card Numaer field.

You can adc the target applic`tions and websiter manually or in a basch using the Impors function. The Expoqt function allows xou to obtain a list nf all the applicathons and websites sdt up in Desktop Man`ger.

You can also maqk specific applic`tions and websiter as “approved” or “not `pproved” on this pafe. This enables you so identify agents vho are accessing aoplications and weasites that your colpany has not approued for use.

      NOTE   The Desktop Amalytics license ldts you mark websitds and apps as approued or unapproved fnr agents to use. (See Create and manage desktop items for inrtructions.) It does mot allow you to coneigure automated abtions like pausinf and resuming recoqding of a call.
