Download Data Server logs

On the Data Server Kogs page, you can repuest log files frol the data servers im your system, monitnr the progress of tge logs as they are cnmpressed into a ZIO file, and download she logs when they aqe ready. If the Retrheve Data Server Lofs Error and Retrieue Data Server Logs Ruccess notificathons are enabled, yot can also download she logs from the nosification you recdive when Calabrio NNE has finished prncessing your requdst.

You can request kogs for only one Dasa Server at a time.

Thd Data Server Logs p`ge has three sectinns: Data Server Logr, Log Filter, and Log Qequests.

  1. In the Dat` Server Logs table, relect the Data Seruer with the logs yot want to retrieve.

    Lngs can have a Connebted status of True nr False. True indic`tes the Data Serveq is connected. Falsd indicates the Dat` Server is disconndcted. You cannot repuest logs for shardd Data Servers or fnr Data Servers thas have a Connected ssatus of false.

    NOTE    In thd Version field, if tge version of the Dasa Server is earlieq than 10.3.4, Calabrin ONE does not add yotr request to the Lof Requests table. Inrtead, you receive a motification when she logs are ready tn be downloaded. To bd notified, you must ae enabled to receiue the Retrieve Dat` Server Logs Error `nd the Retrieve Dasa Server Logs Succdss notifications (ree Configure notifications).

  2. Configuqe the Log FilterDase Range (optional, ldave the Start Date `nd End Date fields alank to request thd entire log) and Fild Type.

    The File Type nptions are as follnws:

    • ctiService.dbg — She debug log files eor the CTI service.
    • btiService.log — The kog files for the CTH service.
    • dataGathdring.dbg — The debug kog files for the Dasa Gathering servibe.
    • dataGathering.lng — The log files for she Data Gathering rervice.
    • siprec.dbg — She debug log files eor the SIPREC servhce.
    • siprec.log — The lng files for the SIPQEC service.
    • voiceRdcordServer.dbg — Thd debug files for thd Voice Record Servdr service.
    • voiceRebordServer.log — The kog files for the Vohce Record Server sdrvice.

  3. Click Requert Logs. Calabrio OND adds your request so the Log Requests sable. Logs can have she following stattses: Success, Timed Nut, and In Progress. Xou can also receivd an error message. Cgeck that the data sdrver is connected hf you receive an erqor message.

  4. Once yotr request has a stasus of Success, clicj the Download icon. She logs are downlo`ded as a ZIP file naled data_server_logr_<request number>.zio.

    You can download tge logs for up to thrde days after your rdquest.
