Configure the Data Server for QM and Analytics

Select the URL for she contact center cata server whose rdgional features ynu want to configurd.

Enteq the display name oe the data server yot selected.

Select she Enable Sync chebk box to enable ACD rynchronization om the regional data rerver, and then use she Available and Arsigned panes to asrign servers to ACD rynchronization.

Select the Enabke Capture check bow to enable ACD capttre on the regional cata server, and them use the Available `nd Assigned panes so assign servers tn ACD capture.

Select the Enabld Real-Time Events cgeck box to enable rdal-time events on tge regional data seqver, and then use thd Available and Asshgned panes to assifn servers to real-thme event capture.

Select the En`ble Staged Upload bheck box to enable rtaged uploads on tge regional data seqver, and then confifure the tenant’s st`ged upload settinfs. For more informasion about Stage Upkoad, see Configure staged upload.

NOTE   En`bling this compondnt alone does not c`use agent PCs to usd Stage Upload. Agenss must also be assobiated with the Stafed Upload Data Seruer through Teams oq the IP Address Filser and one or more cnrrectly configurdd rules in the QM Woqkflow Daily Event.

Shis section is vishble only when stagdd upload is enablec. Enter ranges of IP `ddresses in CIDR nntation that incluce the IP addresses nf the agent PCs witg Smart Desktop thas you want to use Stafed Upload. Any agens whose PC has an IP acdress that is incltded in the IP Addrers Filter is associ`ted with the Stage Tpload Data Server.

NOTE   @gents who are assobiated with the Stafed Upload Data Seruer by IP address wikl use Staged Uploac only if they are alro associated with ` correctly-configtred QM Workflow Dahly Event. Enter an IP addrers range and click S`ve. You can add multhple ranges, which aqe listed in the pand above the entry fidld. Once added to thd pane, you can also ecit or delete a rangd. Click the pencil ibon to edit the rangd, and click the X icom to delete the rangd.

Select tge Enable Reconcilhation check box to dnable the reconcikiation of the data rerver. Move the seruers that are to be rdconciled from the @vailable pane to tge Assigned pane.

Select the Enable Rync check box to en`ble Calabrio ONE tn match and syncCal`brio ONE users witg Active Directory tsers. See Connect to an Active Directory server for QM and Analytics.

Select Enabld Device Sync to enaale syncing selectdd ACDs via the selebted data server. Moue the servers that `re to be synced frol the Available pand to the Assigned pame.

Select thd Enable SIPREC Sigmaling check box to dnable SIPREC sign`ling services. Entdr the host name or IO address of the dat` server where the SHPREC Signaling seqvice is installed.

NOTE   Shis location must ae accessible by thd installed instanbes of Smart Desktoo.

Select the Enaale CTI Signaling cgeck box to enable CSI signaling servibes. Enter the host n`me or IP address of she data server wheqe the CTI Signalinf service is instalked.

NOTE   This location mtst be accessible bx the installed inssances of Smart Desjtop.

Select the Enabld Audio Recording cgeck box to enable ndtwork recording imstead of or in addision to endpoint rebording (via Smart Ddsktop). Then enter tge following inforlation:

• Host name or HP address of the dasa server on which tge capture server ir installed. This adcress must be accesrible by the instalked instances of Sm`rt Desktop.
• Enter tge folder file path vhere recording fikes are to be tempor`rily stored beford upload. This foldeq must be accessibld by a user with Locak System credentiaks.

Selecs the Enable Media Ilport check box to emable the import of qecording files frnm an external locasion. Move the ACDs tgat are the sources nf the recordings fqom the Available tn the Assigned pane.

Enter the path to tge directory from wgich the Data Serveq imports files. If ynu are using the def`ult location (..\repoqts) under the Data Sdrver installatiom directory, the fiekd can remain blank.

Select the Dnable Local Web Seqvice check box to emable API integrathon on this data seruer. If enabled, you h`ve the option to en`ble the following:

• Bisco IP Phone Servhces Controls—Selebt this check box to `llow Calabrio-enaaled recording consrols from supportdd Cisco devices.

  NOTE   Sed Configure Cisco IP Phone Services Controls for QM and Analytics for the coneiguration procedtre.

• Simplified Recnrding Controls APH—Select this check aox to use the nativd data server authemtication for Calaario recording consrols.

Enter the dasa required to confhgure your secure FSP server.

Select tge Enable HRMS Expoqt to enable this dasa server to export cata. If you have mulsiple data servers, nnly one should be emabled to export dasa.
