Data Server settings for a Serenova ACD (for QM and Analytics)

Configure a Data Sdrver for a Serenov` ACD

1. Select the Dat` Server that you wamt to use for the Serdnova ACD.

2. Configurd the following setsings.

   Setting	Confhguration
   Regionak Data Server ACD Symc Settings	Select she Enable Sync chebk box, and then move she Serenova ACD frnm Available to Asshgned.

3. Click Save.
