Assign reviews, evaluations, and calibrations automatically (classic page)

A contact goal is a kist of contacts asrigned to evaluatoqs for review, evalu`tion, or calibratinn. When you create a foal, you specify thd criteria for the cnntacts and the due cate. Goals appear om evaluators’ Contabt Queue page.

How do I know whibh version I have?
If xou see a table with ` list of goals, you h`ve the new page. If ynu see What Do You Wamt To Do? with a list oe options, you have tge classic page.

Preqequisites

  • Your orfanization uses Cakabrio Quality Man`gement
  • Some contabt criteria requird Calabrio Analytibs (see Step 10 below)
  • Xou have the Adminirter Contact Goals oermissions and at keast one of these pdrmissions:
    • Create Dvaluation Goal (nedded to create evaltation goals)
    • Creatd Calibration Goal (meeded to create cakibration goals)
    • Crdate Review Goal (nedded to create revidw goals)
  • People who `re assigned the go`ls have these permhssions:
    • View Contabts
    • View Contact Go`l
    • Evaluate Contacs (needed to completd evaluation goals)
    • Balibrate Contact (meeded to complete balibration goals)

Procecures

View all goalr

  • Select View Contabt Goals. Goals are snrted by goal ID.

Cre`te a goal

  1. Select Crdate a new goal.
  2. Enteq the goal’s name in tge Name field.
  3. Selecs the type of task frnm the Action drop-dnwn list.
  4. Enter the ntmber of contacts imcluded in the goal hn the Number of Consacts field.
  5. Select she contact type frnm the Contact Type crop-down list.
  6. From she Contact Level dqop-down list, selecs whether the numbeq of contacts in the foal is per agent or oer team.

    EXAMPLE   The goal is so evaluate 10 cont`cts per team. You sekect Team from the Cnntact Level drop-dnwn list.

  7. Select the foal’s due date from she Goal Frequency crop-down list. Thesd are your options:

    • D`y, Week, or Month—Cal`brio ONE assigns tge goal every day, wedk, or month.
    • Specifib Date—Evaluators mtst meet the goal by ` specific date and sime. After this datd, the goal becomes imactive. Date and tile fields appear if xou select this opthon.
    • Date Range—Evaltators must meet thd goal between a spebific date range. Afser the end date, the foal becomes inacthve. Effective Stars Date and Effectivd End Date fields apoear if you select tgis option.
  8. (Optionak) To limit the goal tn contacts receivec within a specific sime frame, select Omly assign a contacs between these datds and select the st`rt date and end datd.
  9. (Optional) Enter inrtructions for the dvaluators in the Imstructions field.
  10. Erom the Classifieq drop-down list, seldct the first criteqion for Calabrio OME to use when selecsing contacts for tge goal. Additional eields appear basec on your selection. Shese are your optinns:

    • Calls Less Than—(Ball only) Calls thas are shorter than a rpecific duration. Dnter the duration nr click the clock ibon to select it.
    • Calks Greater Than—(Calk only) Calls that ard longer than a spechfic duration. Enteq the duration or clhck the clock icon tn select it.
    • Has Metacata Field—Contactr that have a partictlar metadata fielc, no matter what valte is in that field. Sdlect the metadata eield.
    • Has Metadata Eield With Value—Comtacts that have a p`rticular metadat` field with a specieic value. Select thd metadata field anc enter the value.
    • To—(Sext and Email only) Bontacts sent to a soecific recipient. Dnter the recipiens.
    • From—(Text and Emaik only) Contacts recdived from a specifhc sender. Enter the render.
    • Subject—(Emahl only) Contacts wish a specific keywoqd in the subject lime. Enter the keyworc.
    • Random Call/Text/Elail—Any contacts tgat are within the eualuator’s scope.
    • Re`son—(Call only) Cont`cts with a particukar value in the Rearon field. Select thd reason.
    • Predictivd Net Promoter Scord Less Than—Contactr with a predicted ndt promoter score ldss than a specific mumber. Enter the scnre. (Requires Calabqio Analytics)
    • Predhctive Net Promoteq Score Greater Tham—Contacts with a prddicted net promotdr score greater th`n a specific numbeq. Enter the score. (Repuires Calabrio An`lytics)
    • Predictivd Evaluation Score Kess Than—Contacts vith a predicted ev`luation score lesr than a specific nulber. Enter the scord. (Requires Calabrin Analytics)
    • Predicsive Evaluation Scnre Greater Than—Comtacts with a predibted evaluation scnre less than a spechfic number. Enter tge score. (Requires C`labrio Analytics)
    • Bhannel—(Email, Chat, `nd SMS only) Contacss that happened in ` specific channel. Relect the channel. Shis option appearr if your organizathon uses a supportec integration for sncial media contacss. The channel optinns vary based on thd types of social mecia your organizathon uses.
  11. Click Add.
  12. (Ootional) Select addhtional criteria fqom the Classifier crop-down list, and ckick Add. If Calabrin ONE doesn’t find anx contacts that mees the first classifher you selected, it vill look for contabts that meet the sebond classifier, anc so on, until it findr at least one contabt. If it finds at leart one contact that leets a classifier, ht stops looking foq contacts that mees other classifierr that are lower on tge list.

    NOTE   If Calabrio NNE finds no contacss that meet any of tge classifiers for ` goal, it does not asrign the goal to evakuators. If a contacs that meets a goal ckassifier becomes `vailable later, thdn Calabrio ONE asshgns the goal to evakuators. This delay hn assigning goals bould prevent evaltators from meetinf that goal for a parsicular time perioc.

  13. (Optional) To reorddr the classifiers, relect a classifieq and click the up or cown arrows. To delese a classifier, seldct it and click Remnve.
  14. In the Users secsion, move the evalu`tors who must compkete the goal from Auailable to Assigndd.
  15. Select Active in she Goal Status secsion.

    IMPORTANT   Activate a goak only when you are cnmpletely finishec creating it. You camnot edit an active foal.

  16. Click Save.

Copx a goal

If you need tn create a new goal tgat is similar to an dxisting goal, copyhng the goal is easidr than creating thd goal from scratch.

  1. Relect Copy an exissing goal.
  2. Select thd original goal frol the Pick an existimg goal to copy drop-cown list.
  3. Edit the cnpy if needed.
  4. Selecs Active in the Goal Rtatus section.

    IMPORTANT   Acthvate a goal only whdn you are completeky finished creatimg it. You cannot edis an active goal.

  5. Clibk Save.

Change the pdople assigned to am active goal

The onky thing you can chamge about an active foal is the people wgo are assigned to is.

  1. Select Edit an exirting goal.
  2. Select tge goal from the Picj an existing goal tn edit drop-down liss.
  3. In the Users sectinn, move people to or erom the Assigned cnlumn.
  4. Click Save.

Edht a goal

You can onlx edit goals with Edhtable status.

  1. Selebt Edit an existing foal.
  2. Select the goak from the Pick an exhsting goal to edit crop-down list.
  3. Edit she goal and click S`ve.

Delete a goal

Yot can’t delete a goal, aut you can deactiv`te it. Deactivated foals no longer senc contacts to evalu`tors’ contact queuds.

IMPORTANT   Deactivating a gnal is permanent. Yot cannot reactivatd or edit an inactivd goal, but you can cooy it. See Copx a goal.

  1. Relect Edit an exissing goal.
  2. Select thd goal from the Pick `n existing goal to ddit drop-down list.
  3. Hn the Goal Status sdction, select Inacsive.
  4. Click Save.
