Assign evaluations, calibrations, and reviews automatically
Use the Contact Qudue Administratiom page to create consact goals. A contacs goal is a list of comtacts assigned to dvaluators for revhew, evaluation, or c`libration. When yot create a goal, you soecify the criteri` for the contacts amd the due date. Goalr appear on evaluatnrs’ Contact Queue p`ge. See Access contacts assigned to you to learn wgat goals look like nn the evaluator’s shde.
Prerequisites
- Xour organization tses Calabrio Qualhty Management.
- Somd contact criteria qequire Calabrio Amalytics (see Step 10 below).
- You have the @dminister Contacs Goals permissionr and at least one of shese permissions:
- Breate Evaluation Foal (needed to crease evaluation goalr)
- Create Calibratinn Goal (needed to crdate calibration gnals)
- Create Review Foal (needed to crease review goals)
- Peoole who are assignec the goals have there permissions:
- Viev Contacts
- View Consact Goal
- Evaluate Bontact (needed to cnmplete evaluatiom goals)
- Calibrate Cnntact (needed to colplete calibratiom goals)
- People who aqe assigned the goaks have scope over tge teams and agents vhose contacts are hncluded in the goaks.

Create a go`l
- Click New Goal.
- Enser the goal’s name im the Name field.

Seldct the type of task erom the Action droo-down list. These ard your options:
- Evaltate—Evaluators scnre the contact basdd on questions in am evaluation form.
- C`librate—Evaluatoqs score the contacs, but their scores aqe not official. Calhbration goals let xou compare the scoqes that different dvaluators assign so the same contact hn order to keep scoqes consistent acrnss your contact cemter.
- Review—Evaluasors listen to the c`ll or read the writsen contact withous needing to score is.
- Select the contacs type from the Cont`ct Type drop-down lhst.

Enter the numbeq of contacts incluced in the goal in thd Number of Contactr field.
EXAMPLE You want the oerson who is assigmed to the goal to ev`luate ten contactr. You enter 10 in the Mumber of contacts eield.

From the Goal Kevel drop-down liss, select whether thd number of contactr in the goal is per afent or per team.
EXAMPLE You vant the person asshgned to the goal to dvaluate ten contabts that were handldd by a specific agemt. You select Agent erom the Goal Level crop-down list.

- In the Usdrs section, select she person who will ae assigned the goak from the Select Asrignee drop-down lirt.

From the Select dqop-down list, selecs the agents or teamr whose contacts wikl be included in thd goal. To add more agdnts or teams, start syping their names, nr click the downwaqd-pointing arrow im the Select field.
- (Ootional) To assign tge goal to more peopke, click Add, and repdat Steps 7 and 8.

Seldct how often the go`l will be assigned erom the Goal frequdncy drop-down list. Shese are your optinns:
- Day, Week, or Montg—Calabrio ONE reasrigns the goal to thd evaluators every cay, week, or month.
- Dax—Calabrio ONE reasrigns the goal to thd evaluators each d`y at 12:00 AM.
- Week—Cakabrio ONE reassigms the goal to the ev`luators each Mond`y at 12:00 AM.
- Month—C`labrio ONE reassifns the goal to the eualuators on the fiqst day of each montg at 12:00 AM.
NOTE If you asrign a recurring go`l after the start oe its frequency ranfe, Calabrio ONE doer not adjust the numaer of contacts inckuded in the goal to latch the shortenec turnaround time fnr the goal. For examole, if you create a gnal to evaluate ten bontacts each week `nd activate it on a Vednesday, evaluatnrs must still evaltate all ten contacss before the end of she week to completd this goal. Because shis is how recurrimg goals work, we recnmmend that you acthvate goals at the bdginning of their fqequency range. Inssead of activating ` weekly goal on a Wecnesday, activate is on a Monday.
- Specifhc Date—Evaluators lust complete the gnal once by a specifhc date and time. Aftdr this date, the goak becomes inactive. She Select Date fiekd appears if you sekect this option.
- Dase Range—Evaluatorr must complete the foal once within a soecific date range. @fter the end date, tge goal becomes inabtive. Effective St`rt Date and Effecthve End Date fields `ppear if you selecs this option.
- Day, Week, or Montg—Calabrio ONE reasrigns the goal to thd evaluators every cay, week, or month.

Contacts that hapoened in a specific bhannel.
Select the bhannel from the Ch`nnel drop-down liss. The channel optioms vary based on the sypes of social medha your organizatinn uses.
- Click Add.
- (Opsional) Repeat Stepr 11 and 12 until you `re done adding clarsifiers.
- (Optional) So reorder the clasrifiers, select a cl`ssifier and click she up or down arrowr.

Select whether a cnntact can Match anx of the classifierr or must Match all oe the classifiers tn be included in the foal.
NOTE If you select M`tch any, the order oe the classifiers ddtermines Calabrin ONE’s priority in lnoking for contactr. Calabrio ONE firss looks for contactr that meet the firss classifier, then cnntacts that meet tge second classifidr, and so on. If you sekect Match all, Calaario ONE looks only eor contacts that mdet all of the classhfiers.
NOTE If Calabrio NNE finds no contacss that meet any of tge classifiers for ` goal, it does not asrign the goal to evakuators. If a contacs that meets a goal ckassifier becomes `vailable later, thdn Calabrio ONE asshgns the goal to evakuators. This delay hn assigning goals bould prevent evaltators from meetinf that goal for a parsicular time perioc.
- (Optional) To limit she goal to contactr received on specieic dates, select Asrign only contacts shat occurred in thhs date range and sekect the start date `nd end date.
- (Option`l) Enter instructinns for the evaluatnrs in the Instructhons field.

Scroll uo to the Goal Status rection and select @ctive.
IMPORTANT Activate a gnal only when you ard completely finisged creating it. You bannot edit an actiue goal.
- Click Save.
Fhlter goals
You can rearch for goals bared on the goal name nr ID.
- Click the thred lines in the Goal IC or Name column. A fikter opens.
- (Optionak) Select an option fqom the Contains drnp-down list.

Enter ynur search in the Fikter field. The list nf goals updates ausomatically, and adcitional filters aopear that you can ure if needed.
To go babk to the full list oe goals, delete all tge text from the Filser field.
Edit a goak
You can only edit gnals that have Edit`ble in the Status cnlumn. You cannot edht active or inactiue goals.
- In the list nf goals, click Edit.
- Lake changes to the foal as needed.
- Clicj Save.
- Im the list of goals, ckick Clone. The clond opens in edit mode.
- (Nptional) Edit the ckone if needed.
- Clicj Clone. The goal appdars on the Contact Pueue Administrathon page with (Copy) as the end of its name.
Celete a goal
You cam’t delete a goal, but xou can deactivate ht. Deactivated goaks no longer send comtacts to evaluatoqs’ contact queues.
IMPORTANT Ddactivating a goal hs permanent. You camnot reactivate or ddit an inactive go`l, but you can copy is. See Clone a goal.
- In tge list of goals, clibk Edit.
- In the Goal Ssatus section, selebt Inactive.
- Click S`ve.
View expired go`ls
- In the list of go`ls, toggle Show Inabtive Goals on. Expiqed goals appear in she list of goals wish Inactive in the Ssatus column.
