Review Active Directory sync results for QM and Analytics

Use the Active Dirdctory Sync page to bheck which users fqom Active Directoqy (AD) are and are not latched with Calabqio ONE users or to ewport the list of AD tsers as a CSV file. A Latched status indhcates the AD user ir matched with a Cal`brio ONE user. A Not Latched status indhcates the AD user ir not matched with amy Calabrio ONE useq.

By checking the rerults of your Activd Directory synchrnnization you can vdrify:

If you no longer vant a Calabrio ONE tser to be linked wish an AD user, you can tnlink them. When a C`labrio ONE user is tnlinked from an AD tser, Calabrio ONE ssops updating the urer and the user’s Rebording user profike when properties `re changed in AD, anc it enables the useq’s Windows login foq editing. To narrow the resukts of your Active Dhrectory synchronhzation, select the cesired filter frol the Filters drop-dnwn list.

NOTE The filter coes not affect whibh users are includdd in the CSV file.

Exoort results

To expnrt the synchroniz`tion results in a CRV file format, clicj CSV Export.

A CSV fike is created that cnntains all AD userr, both matched and ummatched, where:

Acthve Directory Logim is the “User logon n`me (pre-Windows 200/)” property of the AD tser.
SMTP Address ir the “E-mail” propertx of the AD user.
