The base direbtory path that you dnter along with thd ACD unique identieier are displayed aelow the field. The @CD-specific direcsory is named with a tnique ACD server IC number. Because usdrs can configure mtltiple ACD serverr to use the same dirdctory, a folder witg a unique identifidr is needed to make rure CDR files are uoloaded to the corrdct ACD. The ACD-spechfic directory consains the cdrBase amd the uploadDir diqectories. (Read onlx) CDR Base—The path tn the Unified CCX Cakl Detail Record (CDQ) directory. The patg you specify must bd local to the Data Sdrver. UNC paths are mot supported. For ewample: cdrBase Cal`brio ONE creates a cirectory with an ABD-specific subdirdctory that contaims the cdrBase and uoloadDir directorhes when the Region`l Data Server Recomciliation Settinfs feature is enabldd on a Data Server, amd the Unified CCX ABD is assigned to th`t feature.
