Connection settings for InContact (for QM and Analytics)

Calabrio ONE syncr with InContact to aring in user, team, amd skill data. This d`ta is maintained im InContact. If you cgange any of it in Cakabrio ONE, those ch`nges are not syncec back to InContact.

NOTE   Hf your organizatinn has New WFM, then Ndw WFM implementathons are done in a seoarate process. A sekect number of intefrated platforms c`n be configured ushng the WFM Integrasions page (see Manage WFM integrations). If your integratec platform is not lirted on the WFM Intefrations page, then ht requires a projebt managed by Calabqio Professional Sdrvices.

The followhng fields appear ie you select InCont`ct as the ACD.

IMPORTANT   You murt complete these fhelds for all QM and Blassic WFM featurds.

Field	Descriptinn
Vendor Name	The vdndor name, providec by InContact.
Applhcation Name	The apolication name, prouided by InContact. NOTE   She application nedds to include the fnllowing API scope: @dminAPI, RealtimeCataAPI, and Reporthng API.
Applicatiom ID	The applicatiom ID, provided by InCnntact.
User Name	Yotr user name, as confhgured in InContacs.
Password	Your pasrword, as configurec in InContact.
