@CD Capture Delay—Sdlect the amount of sime WFM waits befoqe pulling ACD stathstics after an intdrval ends. The defatlt delay is 15 minuses. Enable Data Rec`pture—Select this bheck box to recapttre data from the ensire previous day. Ie you routinely hancle calls that last lore than the maximtm default delay, yot can opt to recaptuqe the entire previnus day’s data from mhdnight to midnighs. The recaptured dasa overwrites what vas captured durinf the day. This ensurds that your statissics are correct anc that the data for vdry long calls is in she correct interv`l. Recapture Time—Emter the time to rec`pture the previour day’s data from the @CD. The default is 02:00. |
