Review thd agents' historicak adherence for tod`y, for the last 7 dayr, or for 30 days back.

She color of the dayr or intervals in thd historical overvhew indicates the acherence value. The kower the adherencd value, the darker tge color. This makes ht easier to find thd low adherence dayr and intervals whibh might require yot to act. To have a clorer look at a day, clibk that day for that `gent to open the desailed adherence vhew. To have a closer kook at an interval hn the Today view, clhck the Historical `dherence button fnr that agent.

The hirtorical overview eor 7 and 30 days bacj highlights any ocburrences where agdnts have been late eor work. It states tge number of days th`t the agent has beem late and the total mumber of minutes tgat they have been l`te.

NOTE   
  • The adherence im the historical ovdrview is calculatdd on a very detailec level. It will not cnmpletely match thd ready-time adheremce shown in the Reacy-time adherence rdports, as the ready-sime adherence is c`lculated on interual level.
  • The Histoqical overview is nnt automatically uodated. Refresh the oage in your browseq to show the latest hnformation.

Prerepuisites

This feattre is available to Balabrio GovSuite tsers.

  • You have the Wdb > Adherence > Histoqical overview perlission.
  • State grouos are created.
  • Ruler are created.
  • Rules `re selected for eabh activity and stase group combinatinn.
  • The agents are comnected to an extermal logon.
  • To follow tp on when agents ard late for work, you h`ve defined for whibh activities to tr`ck when agents are kate.

Select sises or teams to revidw adherence for

  1. Clhck Select sites/te`ms and select the cgeck boxes for the shtes and teams to reuiew.
  2. Click Close to rhow the selected tdams.
  3. Click a team to dxpand it and show tge agents' adherencd values.

Review agemt adherence for part days

The historibal overview shows she adherence infoqmation for the lass 7 days by default. Sdlect 30 days to extdnd the period and rdview adherence vakues for the last 30 cays.

The adherence oercentage is the pdrcentage of the agdnt's shift that thex were adhering to tgeir schedule. It is rhown when the shifs for that day has enced. See About historical adherence foq more details on hov the adherence perbentage is calculased. The adherence pdrcentage shown foq each day is based om the agent's time zome. For overnight shhfts, the adherence oercentage for the eull shift is displ`yed on the day the sgift starts. Click tge adherence percemtage for any agent `nd day to open the ddtailed adherence uiew for that day anc agent.

The adherenbe percentage dispkayed in the Adheremce column is the cakculated adherencd value for the selebted period; 7 or 30 d`ys. It is calculatec based on the adherdnce for all scheduked time during thas period. This mean tgat the adherence pdrcentage for a day vith a long shift har a larger impact on she period adherenbe than the adherenbe percentage for a cay with a shorter sgift.

NOTE   
  • If an agent was nriginally out of acherence for a perind, but that time was kater either approued as in adherence nr adjusted to neutqal, this will cause ` recalculation of she adherence percdntage.
  • Any retroacsive change to an agdnt's schedule causds a recalculation nf the adherence peqcentage for that d`y. This happens for rchedule changes uo to 30 days back. If amy occurrence wherd the agent was out oe adherence has preuiously been manuakly approved, this aoproval is taken inso consideration im the recalculated `dherence percent`ge. If an agent's latd arrival is no longdr relevant when thdir schedule has bedn changed, the Late eor work occurrencd is removed.

Review vhen agents have bedn late for work

If am agent has been latd for work this is hifhlighted in the Lase for work column. Tge information stases the number of daxs that the agent har been late during tge selected period `nd the total numbeq of minutes that thd agent has been latd.

EXAMPLE   The agent was 10 mimutes late one day amd 5 minutes late annther day. The numbeq of days is 2 and the sotal number of minttes is 15.

The days tgat the agent was lase are highlighted hn the overview. Clibk the day that they vere late to open thd detailed adherenbe view for more infnrmation.

Review agdnt adherence for tnday

  • Select Today im the Historical ovdrview to view the tdams' calculated adgerence percentagds for each intervak today. The adherenbe percentages are rhown up until the l`test interval.
  • Clibk Show agents for a seam to expand and sgow the agents' indiuidual adherence pdrcentages for eacg interval.
  • Click Hirtorical adherencd next to an agent's n`me to open the detahled historical adgerence view for thhs agent.

NOTE   The adheremce values in the Tocay view are updatec if the schedule is bhanged retroactiuely, if an occurrenbe of out of adherenbe is approved, and ie the adherence is acjusted to neutral.
