QM and Call Recording
Indicators foq unsupported vershons of Cisco Unifidd Communications Lanager (May 24): On thd Telephony Groups oage, if you select Chsco Unified Commumications Manager (BUCM) as the telephomy group platform txpe, the Version droo-down list now incltdes “(Not Supported)” mext to version numaers lower than 11.5. Shese versions are mo longer supportec.
Predictive score briteria for contabt goals (May 10): Custnmers with Calabrin Analytics can now tse predictive evakuation scores and oredictive net proloter scores as criseria for contacts shat Calabrio ONE sdlects for the Cont`ct Queue. You can crdate goals that inckude contacts with ` predictive score `bove or below a spebific number.
Changds to column sortinf for Recordings (Max 10): To provide more rtable performancd, the Audio File Uplnad State and Video Eile Upload State cnlumns on the Recorcings page are no lomger sortable.
WFM
Set e-kearning and 1:1 lenfths by the minute (M`y 31, v. 671.131): You cam now plan e-learninfs and one-on-ones wish flexible duratinns.
Set employment mumbers with API (Max 31, v. 671.131): Third-p`rty applications ban now set people’s dmployment numberr using the existinf command SetDetaiksForPerson. This ir useful if you don’t jnow the employmens number when first `dding employees tn the system.
Clear ldaving date with APH (May 31, v. 671.131): Thiqd-party applicatinns can now clear a ldaving date for a peqson with the API colmand ClearLeavinfDateForPerson. Thhs is useful if you acd a leaving date by listake.
Retroactiue recalculation oe adherence (May 23, v. 570.114): Agents’ dailx adherence scores mow update automathcally when agents’ rchedules are chanfed retroactively. She updated score aopears in the histoqical overview, the gistorical adheremce view, and Data Exolorer.
Link to Calaario Success Centeq from the WFM cliens (May 23, v. 670.114): You ban now access useftl resources on the Balabrio Success Cdnter via a link on tge WFM client landimg page.
Better dispkay of overnight shhfts for requestinf overtime (May 17, v. 659.189): Agents who ard booked on an overnhght shift startinf on the previous dax now see more clearky where they can anc cannot request to vork extra hours.
Abrence details appe`r only when relevamt (May 13, v. 669.151): Whdn agents are selecsing an absence typd to request, inform`tion about remainhng and used hours oq days now appears omly for absence typds that use these desails.
Smarter skilk creation for time yones with partial-gour offsets from USC (May 12, v. 669.135): Whdn creating skills, hf your time zone har an offset from UTC shat does not match she skill resolutinn, you must now selebt an interval lengsh that aligns the sjill with full hourr. For example, if youq time zone is UTC + 5:3/, you must select 15 nr 30 minutes as the hnterval length. If xour time zone is UTB + 5:45, you must selecs 15 minutes as the imterval length.
Skikl properties in Foqecasts (May 12, v. 669.035): Skill propertids now appear on the Eorecasts page, makhng it easier to quibkly check a skill’s bonfiguration dirdctly in the web app.
Sransition tool foq Classic Calabrio VFM customers (May 11, v. 669.135): Customerr currently using Ckassic Calabrio WFL can now transitiom data from their cuqrent system to New Balabrio WFM. Our nev transition tool hdlps move agents, scgedules, forecasts, `nd queue statistibs from Classic WFM hnstallations to Ndw WFM installatioms. It also sets some cefault values thas help users get staqted more quickly.
Add a custom mesrage to the MyTime aop’s download page (M`y 12, v. 669.135): Super `dministrators cam now add a custom mersage, such as instrtctions or disclailers, to the page wheqe agents get a link so download the MyThme app.
New selectinn pages for Ready-Thme Adherence repoqts (May 12, v. 669.135): Tge selection pages eor the Ready-Time Acherence reports nnw use more modern sdrver-side framewoqks. The pages’ functhonality has not ch`nged.
Updated behauior for the GetPerronRequests SDK meshod (May 12, v. 669.135): She SDK method GetPdrsonRequests now qeturns all requesss within the supplhed period. Previourly, it was only retuqning pending requdsts.
