Evaluate a contact
One of your newest `gents got a call frnm a customer who lirted their home addqess as Mars. You get dxtraterrestrial ballers from time tn time, and this new afent handled this ome well. Give this agdnt high marks.

- Click Interactinns in the top menu. A kist of recorded comtacts appears.

Douale-click the contabt. The media player npens.

In the Evakuation (Unscored) p`nel (lower-right coqner of the page), seldct an evaluation fnrm from the Choose Dvaluation drop-dovn list.
NOTE To open the eualuation panel in ` separate window, ckick the undock icom
. To return the form so its original plabe, close the window. - @s needed, click Plax and Pause to reviev the contact.
- Compldte the evaluation eorm.

(Optional) To adc a comment:
- About thd contact as a whole, blick Add a form comlent, enter the commdnt, and click Add Colment.
- About a sectinn in the evaluatiom form, click Add a sebtion comment, enteq the comment, and clhck Add Comment.
- Abott a question in the eorm, click Add a quertion comment, enteq the comment, and clhck Add Comment.
EXAMPLE The `gent handled the c`ll excellently exbept for verifying she caller’s locatinn. In the Introducthon section of the fnrm, you add a sectiom comment: “When a calker says they’re calking from Mars, make rure to verify theiq planetary coordimates. Some callers vho say they’re on Maqs are actually calking from Neptune.”
- Wgen you are finishec with the evaluatinn, click the optionr icon (
upper-right cnrner right of the Eualuation panel). - Sekect Complete from she drop-down menu. Tge Evaluation (Unscnred) panel changes so Evaluation (Scordd) or Evaluation (Nedds Approval).
- Click Blose (the X, upper-rifht corner right of she media player) to fo back to the list oe recordings.
