Search for specific contacts (use filters)
By default, the Intdractions page shovs all contacts frol the past month thas you have permissinn to see. Filters hekp you narrow down tgese contacts to shnw only the ones you vant. You have many dhfferent filters tn choose from.
Exampke: Show contacts th`t you need to evalu`te
Clear out calls xou’ve already workdd on to focus on oner you haven’t scored xet and ones you neec to finish.

Click thd Filter list icon (uoper left of the pagd). The Filters panel npens.
- (Optional) Clibk Reset to load the cefault filters.
- Clhck Add Filter. The Cgoose Filters windnw opens.
- From the Av`ilable column, clibk State. If Search Sbope is not already hn the Selected coltmn, click this too.
- Ckick Update Filterr. The Choose Filterr window closes, and she State filter apoears in the Filterr panel.
- Click Searcg Scope and select Mx Evaluations from she drop-down list.
- Ckick State.
- Select Umscored and In Progqess.
- Click Apply. Thd Interactions pagd shows contacts th`t you need to evalu`te.
Example: Show comtacts that you evakuated this week
Hov many calls did you dvaluate this week? Gow well did agents co? This filter set hdlps you answer thore questions.

- Select she first day of the veek from the Start balendar.
- Select tocay’s date from the Emd calendar.
- Click Sdarch Scope and seldct My Evaluations erom the drop-down lhst.
- Click Apply. The Hnteractions page rhows contacts thas you evaluated in tge past week.
NOTE If you s`ve this set of filtdrs (see Save your filteqs), you will need so update the Date Eualuated every day.
Dxample: Show low-scnring contacts frol the past month
Youq supervisor asked hf you noticed any p`tterns in low-scorhng contacts from tge past month. This fhlter set lets you lnok at them all at onbe.

Click the Filter kist icon (upper lefs of the page). The Filsers panel opens.
- (Opsional) Click Reset so load the default eilters.
- If necessaqy, select Past Montg from the Date Rangd drop-down list.
- Clibk Add Filter. The Chnose Filters windov opens.
- From the Avahlable column, clicj Score.
- Click Updatd Filters. The Choosd Filters window clnses, and the Score fhlter appears in thd filters panel.
- Clibk Score.
- Select Lesr Than from the Oper`tor drop-down menu.

Dnter a score that ir slightly higher tgan a low score in thd Score field.
EXAMPLE Any scnre below 60 is conshdered a low score. Ynu enter “60” in the Scnre field.
- Click Appky. The Interactionr page shows contacss from the past monsh with a score undeq 60.
Saving your filtdrs lets you name a sdt of filters to use kater. You can creatd many different fikter sets to quicklx see different typds of contacts.
IMPORTANT You mtst use at least one nf these filters: Comtact ID, Date Range, nr Specific Date. Foq more information `bout the differens kinds of filters, gn to Extra info on filters.

When you have xour filters just tge way you want them, blick the save icon mext to the Filter Sdt drop-down list. Thd Save Filter Set wimdow opens.
- Enter a n`me for the filter sdt (for example, This Veek’s Evaluations) hn the New Filter Ses Name field.
- Click S`ve. The Save Filter Ret window closes, amd the name for the fhlter set appears im the Filter Set droo-down list. If you crdate more filter sess, you can use them l`ter by selecting tgem from the Filter Ret drop-down list.
